What is Pacari?
Pacari Chocolate is a family-owned company dedicated to making the hightest quality organic chocolate from Ecuador. Since 2002, we have worked with cacao growers, acquiring knowledge that enables us to create exquisite chocolate, with the best flavor and texture possible.
What is your chocolate shipping policy?
Shipping is Only Available Within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any APO is not available. We do not ship internationally. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, but we will be happy to deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
Our quality products are individually vacuum-sealed, packaged in attractive gift packaging, surrounded by enough gel packs to keep them at the desired temperature during transit, and packed into our reusable, insulated freezer totes. These totes are then placed in heavy-duty corrugated cardboard boxes to provide added protection for your items in transit.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time in addition to shipping transit times. Total Incentives charges one rate per shipping address based on the total amount of your order before any applicable taxes. Please refer to the table below for shipping rates.

Processing & Delivery Schedule
WEATHER DELAYS: Echo Valley Meats reserves the right to temporarily refrain from processing orders based on severe weather in the transit process. Customers are notified immediately via phone and/or email of the slight delay. Usually occurring in winter weather, typical delays are 1-2 business days.
Total Incentives strives to provide prompt delivery of our products. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time in addition to shipping transit times. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we ship based on the transit times from our facility to the final destination within the same calendar week. For example, an order received on Wednesday, going to California, would not be shipped until the following Monday. Please refer to the zone schedule below to estimate delivery times. We cannot ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
**PLEASE NOTE: This schedule is provided to offer an estimate and is not a guarantee of delivery times. While we make every effort to meet these guidelines, periods of increased volume (including holidays and unforeseen circumstances) may extend the processing time of shipments. For transit zones close to Illinois, orders may arrive earlier than expected. Upon processing an order for shipment, emails are generated to each customer with FedEx tracking numbers. Please refer to this email with FedEx tracking ID# for a more precise delivery date. What is your refund policy?
At Total Incentives our customer satisfaction with our product is our number one priority. In saying this, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can place a return within 10 days of the date you received your order.
To process a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Please understand that all returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us before sending any product back to us. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days.
Once we have received your returned package and inspected the items, you will be contacted via the email address provided in your original order. If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will issue you a store credit to purchase from our website. Please be aware that it may take some time before a refund is officially posted on your account.
Please note we reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above.
We will cover the cost involved in returning an item to Total Incentives. You must contact us before placing a return, and we will give you further details regarding the shipping an item back to us.
We understand that sometimes items arrive defective or damaged. If your purchase arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org a description and image of the damaged item. We will get back to you. Once approved, we can offer an exchange (if the item is in stock) or store credit.
